Jonathan "Jon" Mani is renown for his expertise in personal injury law. He is a native of West Virginia. He has lived in Charleston, WV for approximately twenty-years. He is a graduate from George Washington High School, West Virginia University, and the West Virginia University College of Law.

Throughout his career, Mr. Mani has been a member of the Marlin E. Lugar Trial Association in Law School, and was selected to represent West Virginia University in the Association of Trial Lawyers of America's national trial competition in Raleigh, NC. Mr. Mani served as issue editor for Volume 103 of the West Virginia Law Review and as a teaching assistant for Dean John Fisher.

Upon Graduation from law school, Mr. Mani returned to Charleston to practice law. Mr. Mani has represented both individuals and corporations in personal injury matters. Mr. Mani is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the West Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Damon Ellis has lived in Charleston, WV his entire life as well. He graduated from Charleston Catholic High School, Salem-Teikyo University, and Capital University Law School.

After graduating from Capital University, Mr. Ellis returned to Charleston to practice law and has represented both individuals and corporations in personal injury, insurance, employment and other civil and commercial litigation matters.

Damon Ellis has experience in appellate matters and has appeared before the West Virginia Supreme Court. Mr. Ellis is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, American Bar Association, West Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
