Los Abogados Hispanic Bar Association

Established in 1976 in Maricopa County, Los Abogados works to promote the Hispanic legal profession, as a business, within the State of Arizona. Los Abogados is a current affiliated member of the Hispanic National Bar Association. Los Abogados strives to achieve a variety of objectives, such as enhancing the quality of legal services provided, educating the Hispanic community as to its legal rights and services available, and disseminating important information regarding business methods used by the Hispanic legal profession. Specific achievements include the establishment of a scholarship fund in cooperation with University of Arizona College of Law and Arizona State University College of Law, leading the charge in promoting diversity within the judiciary, and creating a legal defense fund.
