German Federal Bar

In Germany, many people are injured because of the negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct of an individual or company. These people have the opportunity to file a personal injury lawsuit with the help of a lawyer. Unfortunately, not all people that call themselves lawyers are reputable or able to properly launch a lawsuit. Membership in the German Federal Bar is the reassurance needed to insure that an individual is qualified to present a court case in front of German courts.

The German Federal Bar is an alliance between over 120,000 German lawyers and legal professionals. It is the central representative body for these lawyers. In Germany, lawyers are admitted to local bars as well to insure that every lawyer is highly qualified to represent German law. The German Federal Bar is a member of the International Bar Association.
